Establishing a healthy attitude towards fitness that is carried through into adulthood is essential to longterm health for any child. Bring this together in an environment where adults and children not only train in the same surroundings but there is also no distinction between what they do produces a desire to achieve.
Schools Programme
This is a bespoke solution to provide schools with a National Curriculum Enrichment Programme to compliment the Physical Education curriculum. Not only does it support physical and mental health but it’s also a chance for students to develop their independence and team building skills within a wider community.
Each programme is aimed at Key Stage 3 and 4 students, providing fun, engaging sessions that will ignite and deepen a passion for fitness throughout adult life.
Our programme is designed by teachers. We know how to structure content that not only fulfils the National Curriculum Enrichment Programme but also enables every student to get the most out of every minute of the course.
Technique and skill is fundamental. An understanding how to move safely and efficiently promote long-term health. In addition, social skills form a strong sense of personal interaction and community. Whether working individually or as part of a team, they are actively encouraged to support one another to achieve, and succeed.
