Before anything happens, a coach will meet with you to discuss where you are currently and what you would like achieve. Together you will create and work out a plan that is unique and right for you to reach success.
Professionally devised nutrition-based guidelines you will understand and address nutritional habits that can lead to potential health issues. With the use of established and proven lifestyle habit changing tools and nutritional frameworks, we help to refocus yor views and perspectives on food, and its affect upon your personal health together with its direct affect on body composition.
A Nutrition coach helps you develop and progress you towards your personal goals of wellness and weight less by empowering you to take responsibility and become accountable for you own health.
Six-week Body Transformation
Take things further with a combination of solid nutrition planning and structured trading to get your life back on track:
One-on-one nutrition consultation including body composition analysis and measurement, before and after photos, nutrition program and shopping lists. A full six-weeks of life-changing and eye opening, amazing meals with easy to follow recipes and shopping lists.
Two weeks of two small group personal coaching sessions and two aerobic capacity sessions a week. Followed by four weeks of unlimited group fitness sessions where you can choose from a range of exciting and challenging classes.
Weekly accountability check-ins, and direct access to support from your personal coach with detailed weekly reporting and analysis to maintain motivation and a consistent drive to reach your goals and achieve success.
At the end of the six-weeks everything will be presented within a bound report. Details of weekly progress in body composition and retesting of fitness.
