We offer classes for every level. Each are capped at 12, so everyone receives the personal attention they deserve.
Every session follow the same principles – train with different types of intensity, and train smartly. All have the same objective – improve your quality of life whilst enjoying the time you spend while training. But they achieve this in slightly different ways.
Each class is constantly varied, intense and functional. Each will improve all aspects of your fitness in many different ways.

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All sessions are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
Olympic Weightlifting Club
The West London Weight Lifting Club welcomes everyone. From a seasoned Olympic lifter or new to the sport there is an opening and coaching designed to your level.

Kids and Teens

CrossFit Kids is a fitness program specifically for children from six to sixteen to help develop a love for fitness. Safe and effective programming empowers them to become a more rounded human being, together with an improved self-perception where they feel good about themselves.

8.00am–9.00am, 11.30am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-2.30pm
Everyone needs to develop and work on additional aspects of their health and fitness. With access to coaches to advise and direct these sessions are ideal to perfect or ease out those sticky points.
