As our age grows we all want to live our life more. Sharing it with family and grandchildren, seeing the world, doing and achieving things we never had the chance to before. This is your time to put both retirement and illness on hold to start living that life.

Remaining active through exercise ensures that we maintain strength, retrain balance and coordination, keep our flexibility and give us the ability to keep going while our friends need to take a break.
At any stage in our lives when it comes to exercise it is vital to move and use our body the way it was designed to be. Whether you are in your twenties, thirties or sixties or seventies, you still need to sit down and stand up naturally, get up and down from the floor unassisted, pick things up safely, using muscles and joints as they should be.
We are never 'past it' or 'too old' to do something. Silver Foxes is for all of us that just keep going no matter what life has thrown at us.
