Listen to your body not your mind!
So after a leg heavy week of programming my body was telling me (my hamstrings mainly) that I need some TLC.
I booked in to get a massage from Kate, our in house sports massage therapist.
One hour of massage later, some of it quite painful, as I haven't spent enough time mobilising after WODs. I was feeling a lot looser and mobile now, I'm ready to take on next week's programming.
Guys, seriously, look after your body.
Injuries are no fun, as some of us know only too well!
Take your rest days, listen to your body and treat yourself to a massage! God only knows you have worked hard enough for it.
